3 1/2 Tombstones

Love’s True Enchantment started out a little slow, and I found my attention wandering, but it did gather speed, and in the last half of the story, I was riveted and had to keep reading (even while supposedly working oops).  Read more of the review here.

Hearts' Reunion Review from The Romance Studio
3 Hearts

II liked this Gothically intense, quick read. This was a story full of paranormal elements including, an animated statue, self-serving ancestral ghosts, electromagnetic fields and a charmed chest. Micah is the typical brooding dark hero with a slice of geek sexy. I love a hottie in wire-rimmed glasses, Read more here.

One of the biggest changes in life is death, and Hearts' Reunion begins with Granny’s, Cassie May Porter, death. That’s the first time Sabre [Bre] Nichols sets eyes on Micah MacGregor. And so begins a series of events that takes Micah and Bre on a journey of discovery. On the way they both have lessons to learn, prejudices to ditch and danger to overcome.

On top of the loss of a loved one you’d think Bre had enough to cope with, but no, ghosts from the past help her battle evil intent in the present on to come to terms with what she really wants to do with her life.

Bre is no superwoman and that, in my book, makes her more believable. She has a timetable and has no intention of diverting from it, but, as the saying goes… the best laid plans…

The Witch Within
is a spellbinding read. The story is so well told that it held me glued to the pages. I could almost sense every sensation that spun with the mountain and Esmeralda. I thought the way Glory wanted Will so much, yet still held the memory of her husband, was touching. I found the characters so amazing that it was really hard to put this page-turner down. Judith Leger whips up an extraordinary tale that is exhilarating and top-notch. She makes me want much more. I love the eerie feeling that surrounds the story not to mention the ambiance of the whole setting. This suspenseful read is one that leaves a lasting impression with this reader.

'The Witch Within' by Judith Leger
The Wild Rose Press

Grade: Bouquet of Roses

The Witch Within’ had the perfect length of pages to keep me turning and the flow of the storyline was constant enough to have kept me gripped. The characters had just the right amount of strength, vulnerability, boldness and compassion to make them believable enough to keep them real. I would definitely recommend ‘The Witch Within’ and would like to congratulate Judith on a fabulous story.Reviewed  by Debby, for Simply Romance Reviews ~ Grade A.
